China signed MOU with EC, US and Canada on Financial Information Services Case

On 13 November 2008, China reached mutually satisfactory solutions with the European Communities, the United States of America and Canada and signed the Memorandum of Understanding regarding Measures Affecting foreign Suppliers of Financial Information Services with the EC (DS372), the US (DS373) and Canada (DS378) respectively in Geneva.
